Taste is good, but the smelly may put you off
The pickle is sour and great in taste. If you are not familiar with these kinds of food items, opening the bottle may put you off because of its pungent and somewhat foul smell. The smell lasts even after you wash your hands. You may use a spoon or toothpick to pick and eat. That way, you can reduce the after-smell of it.It is a little more on spicy side too, apparently as Bhut Jolokia is used in its preparation.

Not OG, RIP OFF 🌶️ Disappointing Flavor and Price
I recently purchased the Homcook Bamboo Shoot Bhut Jolokia King Chilli Pickle from Amazon. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The promised spiciness was absent, and the bamboo shoots lacked freshness. Considering the premium price, this was a letdown and a rip off. I recommend exploring other options for an authentic Bhut Jolokia experience.

Too authentic
Well packed and hot, not many spices. But seems too authentic for plain lands people. Being an pickle enthusiast myself, I added parts of ground mustard, fenugreek,fennel and ajwain coarsely ground to the pickle and kept in sun for few days. Kept turning in between. Now it tastes awesome with the bamboo flavour intact but mellowed

Perfect
This is exactly the same authentic taste I used to have 5 years ago when I was in gangtok. It's not extreme spicy but just so delicious, I wish it was cheaper but taste is amazing. I'll order again
