Good back and shoulder support. I decided to try this one and have been sasisfied. it is not too difficult to get on and off and really does help with lower back and shoulder aches and pains

Works great for the first bit but after a while the arm pieces start to cut into you. Would help if it had another strap attaching to the arm parts extending across the chest to help ease the cutting into your under arms.

It helps keep your shoulders back, and your back not hunched over. It's comfortable. It doesn't put a lot of pressure on your armpits. I'm happy with my purchase. : )
