GUTA Repeater - TPMS System Booster for Extending Sensing Range Fully Waterproof Dustproof Signal Amplifier for TPMS TM520

I have a 35' 5th Wheel. I purchased a standard (non solar powered) GUTA TPMS without repeater, knowing it was on the limit of the system's range. Sure enough, I could pick up the front 2 tires but not the rear 2 on my trailer. I installed this repeater - which is just getting it power and attaching it to the trailer - and instantly I had clear readout on my monitoring unit in the cab of the truck. No "syncing" or other adjustments - just give it power and it automatically picks up the transmitters and it's signal is picked up by the display unit.

Updated review. I found a bad connection that stopped the repeater from operating. When repaired, it seems to provide the signal strength needed to allow me to monitor the tire pressure my 35’ long trailer. So I now recommend it for any long distances. My only complaint is that it is very hard to see the red indicator that it is connected to voltage properly. A simple led on the surface would be a great help. As it is, the indicator is buried in the body of the repeater and visible through very cloudy plastic.

I tried using just the TPMS and when I tested it the thing worked great. When I got on my trip with my pickup and camper loaded it did not work great. We had to keep moving the TPMS from one side of the dash to the other. When I got to my destination I ordered the extender. It worked great on our 1700 return trip. Very easy to install, just needs 12v and it works.

Works as advertised. Installed on my RV and no more dropped signals on my GUTA TMS. the GUTA TMS device is accurate and works great. Would highly recommend the solar powered version of TMS than having to have another wire hanging over my dashboard.
