Q: Once batteries are charged do i need to unplug charger or can i leave batteries in the charger (i don’t want to damage the batteries)

I myself, remove the batteries and charge them after each performance. After they have completed charged, I remove them from the Charger and store them separately from the headsets. The batteries are lithium ion and should never be overcharged as they could explode.

Q: This comes with a master and 3 remotes. can spare remote be used as master if master is damaged?

The battery went dead on the master unit during a show and none of the headsets would work without it. Fortunately, I had extra batteries for all the units and replaced them.

Q: Does this system come with the case that's pictured?

Yes a small bag is included with the package

Q: If I buy the 4 singles, they will be able to speak and hear all together at the same time? do I need a base?

You need the base master unit. You should buy a set of 4 so they talk to each other. I bought a single and could not get it to talk to the other units.
