This kit consists of an adapter block that is mounted between the carburetor and the air cleaner. Fuel is then channeled to the proper area in the carburetor so that the original carburetor can control the fuel mixture just the same as running on gasoline. This is the best way to convert your existing gasoline generator into a propane generator, natural gas generator or a tri-fuel generator. The most horrible experience.
Hi to all. I Purchased this item for my Yamaha ef2800i generator one year ago. Installed and never had to use it for more than 2 hrs. I am from Puerto Rico and we recently had been hit by Cat 5 Huricanne Maria. The most horrible experience ... We are very very pleased on the performance of the generator with the propane mod. It is providing 32 hrs of clean power in econo mode using 20 pounds propane BBQ gas cylinders. 6 days after the disaster still working perfectly on each cylinder exchange.
