Was introduced to these while traveling in Northern Thailand, near the Burma/Myanmar border. So nice to be reunited with this delicious snack again!

Exactly like I use to buy in Markets in Asia. I make mine slightly different for one person I use2 to 3 packetsMix tea leaf in juice of 1 lemon, dash of salt, chopped tomatoe, grated garlic.Add 1/2 avocado cubed, handful of chopped bean sprouts, mix well then add packets of crispy bits, Mix well.Serve wedges/full leaves of ice cold Iceburg lettuce, and peeled thick sliced cucumbers on the side for dipping/scooping salad. EVERYONE loves it this way. Warning highly addictive and does have caffine so if you are sensitive be aware.
