Fits really well and easy
Fits fantastically well. It is kind of plastic and little hard for the elbow. But quality is good and first perfectly well.

Not an arm pad. These are made of solid plastic
From the international reviews, it may seem that these are arm 'pads' with cushioning/padding in them but that's nowhere close to the truth. These are regular run-of-the-mill hard plastic arm rests that you could chip your teeth on. They're extremely uncomfortable to rest your arms/elbows on and if you want a padded arm PAD, you should look elsewhere. The pictures are misleading and the product is a generic cheap plastic arm rest that you can get for far far lower than what it's currently priced at. These are not made by 'Podoy' and don't have a lick of padding in them AVOID!

The arm rests are made of hard plastic
The arm rests are made of hard plastic and have no cushion padding at all. Waste.

These pads were a quick fix that gave my worn-out office chair a second life. Installation was straightforward—I had them on in minutes—and with a dab of Loctite on the screws, they’ve stayed snug ever since. The cushioning feels solid and comfortable, though they’re not quite as plush as the originals. Still, for the price and ease of install, they turned a chair I was ready to toss into one I’m happy to keep using.

Bought these as replacements for a CoolerMaster Chair. Exact arm rest perfect fit. 100% Happy .

I liked the material, the 6 screws that came with the product and the format, but they sent 2 "left" sides, then I have to send it back or keep for backup, not good.

I really like my chair and I didn't want to buy another one, but the armrests were really coming apart. I was thinking of just removing the arms entirely--on this chair they bolt on under the seat independently of any structure. Then I thought "Maybe I can find the manufacturer and order new pads." Who knew that there's an industry-wide standard for office chair arm rests? Apparently, the vast majority of them use 4 inch spacing, and either 1/4-20 or M6 screws. These are a pretty close match to the originals; they are a slightly different shape and the foam rubber might be a little harder, but I've got non-broken arm rests now. About the only thing is, I wish that groove around the perimeter was either softer or non-existent. It has a pair of rather sharp edges, so if you brush against or lean against them wrong it's not exactly comfortable. Granted, that groove matches the original arm rests perfectly, so there may be an engineering or manufacturing reason for it. I'm going to get a lot more life out of my chair.
