Well, to be honest I've been happy with Pinzon for the most part. Although, this particular set seemed a bit, off by a bit. For one, the stitching on the main comforter seemed crooked, in certain areas. Basically, it seemed like it could be smoothed over when, it was actually sewn in a way that it could not. The overall durability seemed to be a factor as well. It seemed to have much lower of a crisp, lifetime. Could it possibly be the blue dye? Not quite sure, couldn't put my finger on it. But it does serve the purpose, and it was good to have a change in color as well. I would recommend opting for a different color. Pinzon does a great job, regardless.

I bought this a couple months ago for my son's first bed after the first set didn't fit too well. He doesn't have a twin XL bed, but his mattress has a really thick pillow top which makes it really difficult to put a regular twin sheet on it. The sheets in this set, however, fit perfectly. The sheets aren't that soft, but they're okay for the price and my five year old hasn't complained. I really like the comforter. It's very thick and fluffy, and unlike the sheets, it actually is pretty soft.

I bought this for my 14 year old son. We also bought a big island wall decal and coral reef rug. It matched perfectly. I noticed after a couple months of use, the comforter has an uneven inner lining and has small tears. I'm not sure if it's from being snagged on the rough portion of the wood bedframe or the quality of the comforter. My son says that it is overall comfortable. I have noticed that he uses his older comforter on top on cold nights so it probably doesn't provide much warmth.

The flat sheet and the comforter had some discoloration. They were pretty big spots of beige discolor. I washed them before use and the spots remain. I can't tell if it was done during dyeing process or if perhaps it came in contact with a light smear of bleach. I ordered the dark blue. I placed a nickel next to stain on comforter to show size of stain. The comforter looks as if it wasn't filled enough causing the comforter to look thin and wrinkly. Other than those issues the fitted sheet fit well and wasn't too thin. There's no mention of satisfaction guaranteed in the packaging so I guess it would be too troublesome to send back.

Super warm and classy for the value. The material feels a little bit like a parachute, but we are in a second story apartment so if there is ever a fire, I feel like this would help me float down from the window as I escape the flames. The color is nice too. Manly enough for a man's apartment.

My son is happy with the set. My only dislike about the comforter is that there are not quilting lines sewn over it to hold down the inside batting/polyfill. When it is washed the batting has a tendency to bunch up in clumps all over the comforter. It is no easy task to try and smoooth it out back into place. It is very irritating for mom. How about selling stuff made in the good old USA and not China? Better quality makes happy customers.

I really loved the way the comforter felt,. It was silky to the touch. However, the review garners 3 stars because the sheet set that was included was bad. After a wash to remove the loose dyes, it felt scratchy on my skin and was like it had pilled everywhere. I was cringing in my skin the 1st night we slept on these sheets. You would probably get better value for money just buying the comforter with it being a bed-in-a-bag. The next day I went out and bought another set of sheets from Target.

The actual color of the blankets are a tad darker, yet that is not troubling because it feels comfy and is elegant. When you first look at it, your thought is, what is this, but when you place it on your bed, you come to realize, this is actually what I am looking for. The product is fine and I personally enjoy it. I could freely say, so has my companion who visits. ; ) . I sleep comfortable and am glad to take a nap in and on the set.
