I can not be any happier with my choice!! And ladies! Wait until you hear what I’m using it for...every woman should have one of these! I’m a mid-40’s woman who is overweight (240). I’m working on the dieting...but we all know that’s not an overnight thing. So in the meantime! I have sideboards (baseboards) to clean, refrigerators to organize, bottom cupboards to keep tidy, should I go on? The house renders a million chores where standing up and bending down could be a very tiring thing. Mychanic has been a lifesaver!! I LOVE THIS and I put it together myself. So that should tell you how easy it is. So comfortable and i love the tray that lets me put any cleaning agents, rags, or tools in it while I move around. The wheels are incredibly smooth and glide very easy over small bumps or rivets in your floor. This product allows us to work smarter, not harder. I’vehad this for almost a month now and just can’t sing it’s praises any louder. Great buy!

This is not your typical chinese garbage that's gonna break in a few weeks...this stool is made with quality parts that are heavy duty...I'm 6'2 265 lbs and it doesn't even budge when I sit on it...took me under 10 minutes to put together...I highly recommend this shop stool!

I read the reviews on a number of other shop stools and all of the cheap ones had the same problem. Poor construction and made in China.The price was almost double, but I didn't want the headache of having to return it and purchase one that would hold up.The wheels are perfect for rolling over some uneven surfaces in my garage.Very easy to assemble. It took about 30 minutes.Great product!

I really like this "creeper" unit as they call them. It moves easily with 3" wheels. It looks great with its dark finish and neon green wheels. Its seat pad is comfortable and the unit/seat itself is larger than most of the other available commonly used smaller units on the market. The tray on the bottom is very nice also with a cupholder for my drink and even holders for sockets! Very nice fit and finish. It took a little doing to put it together but not too much. And although I like the muted darker tough plastic like material that the lower tray is made out of, I believe it would be better to have a lighter color down there so as to make it easier to see even the darker tools or parts lug nuts etc you have dumped into the tray. One other potential problem is that for those of us working outside, when it is a bright day, the sun shining on the dark seat quickly heats it up to be fairly uncomfortable to the touch/too hot to handle. Now then I found this out the first time I used the unit a couple of weeks ago and it was easily solved by me when I placed on old white tshirt on top of the seat before sitting down. And the muted off color of the tray while dark still shows up many lighter color items you may have placed in it.The unit is very solid feeling and rolls quite easily but there is always a feeling of stability and ease about staying put. The way the metal support bars curve around it is even easy for me to store this unit in the back of my car over the back seat as it fits over the top and rests there quite easily (I do not have a garage to store the unit in presently). I would recommend this unit to anyone who works on cars either in their garage or on the road etc. Very nice unit and worth the price for the extra quality comfort and stability that I have experienced once I started using it. The same company has another unit for car detailing/cleaning with a bucket and places to hang cleaning bottles which also looks good to me so I may give that a try as well. This company is smart and conscientious about their product design, fit and finish.

Surprisingly sturdy and well-made for the price. Tools needed for assembly are a medium Phillips Head screwdriver and a small adjustable wrench.Pros:-Assembles very easily in about 10 minutes.-Once together, seems very sturdy.-Quality paint coating on metal parts.-Reasonably light weight, about 10 Lbs.-Rubber castor wheels are high quality and are great for semi-rough surfaces like asphalt.-Glides effortlessly on asphalt and smooth concrete.-Plastic tray is very useful for holding tools.-Built in socket holders.Cons:-Wheels glided a little too easily. A slight tightening of the axle nuts increased rolling resistance to my liking.-Seat isn't that plush, but it's not uncomfortable.-Not much else!Overall, a great buy and makes brake jobs and other garage jobs much easier.

I was new at this creeper seat thing and bought a much more expensive seat first. I won't say the brand but it is sold here on Amazon. So now I have paid $120 to become an expert. Super quality and goes together quickly. Very comfortable and rolls nicely. My usage is in home garage. I weigh 200 pounds. Try this one first. Save $50.

I bought this because I work with a cat rescue and I have several herniated discs in my back, so bending over to scoop boxes is very hard. I remembered another volunteer who had something similar so I thought I would try one.First, it's really very easy to put together. The instructions are pretty scant but it's still pretty easy to figure out what goes where. I'm not sure why they recommended a hex wrench, the bolts they call hex bolts actually take a Phillip's head screwdriver and I found no use for the recommended socket wrench as the bolts you would use them on tighten by hand just fine. In all it took about 15 minutes to put together with just a screwdriver.Second, it rolls very nicely on vinyl flooring, I don't know about carpet.Lastly the seat is a nice foam cushion which is comfortable and the stool carries my weight without any problem.
