Works well and just as shown. Pretty easy to use. I was hoping it'd have a rechargeable battery, but you have to keep it plugged in to use it. 1st time use, I got eye strain and headache which I guess is a common side effect. I started on the lowest setting and minimum timer. I've since worked my way to a brighter setting for longer period. I wish it was slightly slimmer as it's twice the thickness of the average tablet. I've noticed a marked improvement on energy and mood. Winters in Ohio can be brutal without much sun for nearly 6 months.

Love this light. I have it right next to my external monitor on my desk, and it doesn't bother my eyes, even when it's on the brightest setting. Side benefit: provides great lighting for Zoom calls

Worked great for a while, i used it my office to provide some light on these dark Alaskan winter days when we get only a few hours of sunshine. I recently unplugged it for a while to use the outlet for something else, and today i plugged it in and it's dead. When i press the power button, the only light i can get is the blue LED for the timer, you can see in the pic the timer light is lit, but no white light. It really didn't get that much use. Your mileage might vary..

Really good value for the price. My mood is improved considerably. I like that it has 5 different brightness levels.
