This is *NOT* ketoconazole, but they've clearly chosen a product name to fool you into thinking it is. It's an herbal remedy, and doesn't work as well as ketoconazole (which Amazon also sells). So if your dermatologist recommended ketoconazole, buy that instead.

I rediscovered the 'scent' that makes me sick to my stomach: clove. It's listed right there in the small print on the jar. I realize it is ok for most folks, but many years ago I learned clove is not me and have had no encounter since. At first I did not remember what that odor was but thinking it might be OK, I tried it on a small safe place near my collar bone and within 20 minutes I could not stand it any longer. I then recalled that unhappy (for me) smell. So—I cleaned it up as best I could, and switched to clean clothes.

Did not work for me. Made condition worse. Extreme skin irritation. Container had not safety seal. May work for other persons but not for me. I do not recommend this item.

I do not believe that this cream works as it is described. I did not have any luck with it.

This spray on topical skin treatment did provide relief from jock itch symptoms. But it is not a cure and symptoms can return if treatment is halted. I found the relief to be about the same as using 1% hydrocortisone. Unfortunately, the OmNutra spray is priced at $22 while four 1 ounce tubes of hydrocortisone can be purchase for under $8. And the four tube of hydrocortisone will most likely last far longer than this bottle of spray. The biggest drawback, besides the price, is that the OmNutra spray is a bit difficult to control and if this spray gets on certain sensitive parts of the anatomy it can burn/sting like the devil. I'm guessing this is due to the lemon content but it may be some other ingredient(s). For best protection you may want to first spray it on you hand and then apply it to the specific area of need.
