Good product for hot flushes, works well and at a reasonable price, what more is there to say!

I was having about 15 to 20 hot flushes a day before taking this. I noticed ed the difference after three days of taking 2 a day. Now at four days I am having maybe 3-4 mild flushes and am able to sleep through the night again without waking up completely soaked in sweat. I did not think I would see a difference so quickly.

Helped hot flashes but made me constipated. Haven't changed anything else except taking these. So? Will try a capsule with just sage leaf in case intolerant to tablet fillers. These work for flashes.n

Does the job and is reducing night sweats in particular so I am happy and it’s good value for money Would buy again and would recommend

This really works, if I run out and don’t take it for a few days I get more hot flushes. I still get a couple flushes a day, but these really help manage it.

Purchased for my wife; She's still the same. I'll assume they don't work that well. Wine still seems effective.
