Screens were all aluminum including rims. The 11" size fits the typical large size tortilla very nicely. The screens fit into our large toaster oven. The centers of our tortilla based pizzas are no longer soggy like they would often be when baked on a sheet pan. Great product.

This is honestly the best way to cook a pizza in your regular house oven. This thing works excellent and we have a convection oven and we placed it on the bottom of the oven. Excellent works better than the perforated pizza pan.

Don't put them in the dishwasher. Only wash by hand. Will rust in dishwasher.
