These aren’t like most electrolytes where the flavour is nasty. The flavour on its own is fine, it is a very mild iced tea flavour, i add some peach iced tea granules to make it taste stronger.I work night shifts and these have really helped with my hydration, Iv slept better and don’t get headaches

My favourite are the mixed berry flavour, I put them in water, juice, soda, lemonade etc. My hydration is super important because of the strong medication I have to take, these tablets keep my hydrated all day. The tablets dissolve quickly for their size and give me the vitamins I need that my medication flushes out. Their quality and value for money are 10/10.

Not sure if it’s just the additional water intake after taking the these that’s giving me a hydrated feeling or if these really work.I’ve used quite a few of these hydration tablets and these aren’t the best but definitely not the worst.These take quite a while to dissolve and require a stir to get the final bite to vanish. Taste is ok not great tasting but not a horrible taste either. vitamin content seems reasonably good and better than other alternatives.Feel a slight energy boost after taking them and definitely feel more hydrated.I bought them in offer which made them great value for money however at full price they are similar to other alternatives.

Tried these as a change from my usual electrolytes and the flavour is actually really nice — peach iced tea is refreshing and not overly sweet. Easy enough to drink and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste some others do.Only downside is they don’t fizz up as well or as quickly as some other brands I’ve used. Takes a bit longer to fully dissolve, even in cold water, which isn’t ideal if you’re in a rush.Still does the job hydration-wise, and the taste is spot on — just wish the fizz was a bit more lively.

I purchased these to help with my POTS symptoms on hot days. They really do help to ensure I am well hydrated - especially when consuming higher levels of salt to help with symptoms.My partner also drinks one of these after a night of drinking and finds they make him feel better as they rehydrate him. He also finds them handy after a salty takeaway.I ordered the peach ice tea flavour and it's delightful. It does taste a slightly medicinal (almost like effervescent vitamin c) but still enjoyable. Nice strength when made as directed. I have tried to dilute more than the instructions suggest, and it was also nice, but definitely has the best flavour when made as directed on the packet.

Dissolves slowly but it does fully dissolve and taste is fine. It seems to be working as I do feel better hydrated using this after my runs along with my normal drink routine.
