Great Multi-Purpose Space Saver!
As a working musician living in a small apartment, storage for instruments/cases/etc. is a huge priority. After making very precise measurements, I found this loft to fit my needs. The build quality is fantastic per the price. It's an all-metal construction (assuming cheap steel) but definitely sturdier than I initially imagined. It builds confidence that the quoted "400lb weight limit" is accurate. Assembly with 2 people makes it easier. Instructions were straight forward. All of the bolts felt of good quality as well. It went together pretty seamlessly. I chose not to attach the ladder as I need to be able to move through the sides of the loft. However, I would note that without any padding at all, it looks like it'd probably be fairly uncomfortable on the feet, but sturdy nonetheless. I am very happy with this product and I still can't believe it was under $200!

Great bed frame, bad ladder
The material is really good quality, the build felt a bit iff even when secured to the wall. after I stuffed blankets for it against the wall it stopped moving as much. The ladder itself is very thin and uncomfortable to use especially if its against a wall.

Great bedframe, enough space below
Great bedframe, easy to build, it is a little wobbly but as a 270lb person i can get up and down easily with no problem, I havent fallen off either. Height is great for a table and chair under it as a 5'7 person

Good but 3 flaws
This product is a perfect fit for my application. Firstly, it is extremely easy to assemble; I managed to do it single-handedly, though having another person would have been nice. Nonetheless, the assembly process didn't cause me much stress. Second, the quality is impressive, especially considering the price you pay for it; it's hard to find a better deal. However, there are three flaws that need addressing. Firstly, it wobbles quite a lot, and the wall strap doesn't appear to provide sufficient support to stop the wobbling. The lack of support bars on the sides seems to be the root cause of the wobbling issue. I don't want to make a hole in the wall only to find out that the strap won't solve the problem. Secondly, the ladder is entirely made of metal, which I knew beforehand, but I underestimated how much it digs into your feet while climbing. This can be uncomfortable and potentially cause discomfort. Thirdly, there is no gap from the ladder to the bed, so you have to climb over the railing. This could be hazardous, especially for boys if you know what I mean. Despite these flaws, overall, the product is suitable for my needs and offers good value for the price.

Works for what my daughter wanted
I would like to start by addressing the issue people have said with the ladder not being able to be moved, if you want it near the wall like we did just switch the B1 and B2 panels to opposite sides from the instructions and then turn the bar the ladder screws to to put the ladder in the spot closest to the back. We originally assembled how the instructions explained but wanted the ladder away from our daughter ceiling fan so we just switched B1 and B2. Pretty easy. I will say its way taller than expected and we will be cutting the legs a bit to lower it so our daughter can sit up but that's out own issue. It is a bit wobbly but nothing a little engineering can't fix. We also bought too thick of a mattress so will have to rig up something to keep her from rolling out but that also isn't the manufacturers problem it's ours. Easy fix. All in all its a decent frame for the money and our daughter is excited to have more floor space in her room as its fairly small.

Sturdy and tall
My kids love there new loft beds because gives them there own space in small room (don't mind mess) there really tall closer to ceiling then thought they might be but I bought tallest I could being my kids are already so tall at 7 and 9 it looks like takes up so much space but gives back a lot of the floor it squeaks a little when the move a lot but it holds really well they say ladder hurts there feet but it a small metal bar so that be expected I'm going fix that later in long run the bed is worth it but do measure from floor to ceiling if your ceiling is low just make sure if you are wanting be able sit up in the bed my son almost 5"1 so he can't sit up in the bed but he don't mind oh be for I forget there is no opening at the end where the ladder is and the only way to fix that is to cut the end because it whole piece the ladder has to attach to.
