Stay clear of 450 degrees when cooking pizza from scratch with your own sour dough~!
Ok the seller of this pizza pan like to hide it would seem to me the safe temperature for a non stick coating. If you push it they answer the max cooking temperature to protect you fro melting the nonstick coating is 450 degrees but are you going to push that envelope and risk a toxic coating on your pizza? Not me brother~! Anyway for my channel GoAskKit i made a great 2 pizza sour dough no mess pizza but I cooked it at a much safer temperature of 425 degrees . Go higher at your own health risk It still cooks the pizza great but it took me 28 minutes at 425 degrees. Bottom line add time not temperature ~! Youtube creator Kit

Good pan for crispy crust
This pizza pan is good if you want a crispy crust on your pizza. It fits well in my oven. I like the design and it's easy to clean.

Awesome pan
Replacement pan. I had no idea how slick a pan could be and how much easier cooking things like pizza's could become.

Not bad. I'd buy again. Scratches easily.
Works very well, but scratches easily. Have not burned anything on the bottom of the pan. I guess that's what the holes do. Even if I leave it in too long, not one item has been burned yet on it's bottom.

Pizza Heaven
This pizza pan is wonderful. The size, and quality of it is perfect. Cooks the pizza perfect and the crust comes out perfect. Also great for nuggets, or anything. Have used it several times sense we got it. Absolutely recommend buying. We will probably be buying another one.
