Affordable but NOT waterproof
These bags are an affordable option than some of the other ultra light bags out there, but they are definitely not waterproof. I recently took these on a long distance thru-hike and sadly these did not hold up well after a short period of rain. I used them to contain my food/odor items and suspended them overnight on a bear cable. In the morning, there was several inches of rain inside the bag, despite the bag being tightly sealed overnight. I had to empty the contents and dry out the bag in the morning…needless to say, this is not a ‘dry bag’ and was a slopping wet bag that I had to try to dry out on the trail. The bags are convenient to hang and the roll tops are nice, but don’t expect these bags to keep your stuff dry at all.

Kept everything dry
Used these on a trip up to the boundary waters and it kept everything dry in my pack. It fit a lot everything minus my shoes were in these. They are a great value for the money. They are durable and function for organization.

Pretty waterproof. Worked on a Canoe trip
These are ok for hiking or putting into a backpack. I bought these for hiking and they've worked well in rainstorms...colors are nice for organizing items. However, I'm going on a canoe trip and need to maintain waterproofing. I submerged a bag for 20 minutes and it leaked about a quarter cup of water. For serious water activities, go with sea to summit if you just want to ensure dry gear in a backpack, these will work fine. Update: I took these on the canoe trip and used one as my boat bag. On one night, it hailed and poured for about 2 hours while we were paddling on a big lake. I had stuffed my fleece inside one of these bags and when I got to camp, I pulled the fleece out and it was still dry. The bag was on the canoe floor, in water, for 2 hours while we got pounded with rain and hail and it kept my fleece dry so...I guess they work but make sure you seal the top well.

Quality construction, functional
Good quality bags - haven’t done a submersion test yet, but construction feels solid and they work great as organizers in a pack or suitcase.

Great bags for the price
I took these three bags on a weeklong canoe trip in the Boundary Waters in northern Minnesota. I had all three of the bags packed full and they work just fine. They even protected my rebound family Bible that I took with me. I like that there are three different colors and sizes as I organized the things I took with me on the trip according to size and color. The largest bag was plenty big for five days worth of clothes on the lake canoeing, the middle size bag was large enough for all of my shower, amenities and toiletries. The smallest bag was perfect for my electronics. Great value for the price. Would recommend.

Closing method is satisfying. They are probs worth it.
The buckle clip part seems tight. It is very slightly too big for the buckle holster that it snaps into so I assume this will bend and scratch at the side of the buckle clips at some point. It’s a pro and a con. The bags feel thin and would probs scratch open on a sharp branch or thorn. They get puffy when I close them with air in it so they can probably even float on water like a raft. 20L is big, but not big as in it could fit a full sized motorcycle helmet. You could probs squeeze one in but it would be the last time you use the bag because it seems a little too thin to not burst. They seem great but I am being cautious because they are thin and might rip. They aren’t thin thin but they aren’t thick and feel like a material that is like a thin rubber, but it feels like a soft construction paper with impurities slightly.

Good quality, and good closing mechanism, all of it feels very durable and I can’t wait to use it camping.

I use these as stuff sacks in my luggage; a great way to organize stuff for holiday. One already has signs of runs in it though so not sure how durable they'd be if used as dry bags.

I use these while off roading in my UTV. My gear would always be wet and covered in mud. I started using these for everything I want to keep try (spare clothes, gloves, tools, food ,cell phone, etc...) Even after being completely submerged under water, all my gear stays dry. They are nice and light making it perfect for back packing. They can be folded up when not in use and take nearly no room at all. I have the 3 pack and the different sizes make them perfect for just about anything.

It’s not waterproof. The material is like a tent or tent fly. I placed the bag in water and let it sit for 5 minutes… water droplets were inside. It’s like a tent when raining, if you touch the tent wall you can feel the moisture. It’s water resistant at best.

Work well for what I use them for (wool blanket in one, dog food in the small one). Quality and longevity? TBD. About the same quality I have found by store bands locally. Not super heavy duty, but good for light to medium use.
