For glossy shinny cooked rice that holds a shape when cooked do not rinse the starch ( it will be different if you rinse it )- My Photo Recipe -Add together in the pot - 1 c rice add into a pot with 2 1/4 c best with quality bulion in the water or broth or butterBring to a boil then cover turn flame to the lowest about 18 - 25 min -turn off flame with cover on let set 10 min- when done the rice looks glossy shinny - see my pic - ( not fluffy )- the rice will hold a shape - try a cookie cutter oil it first - mound onto your plate over food- very delicious I could eat this all day long- uncooked, the rice looks short, opaque white, short grain like Italian Risotto Rice

The product arrived opened. Rice was all in the shipping box. Had to throw it the whole bag due to opened bag.

I used this to make mango sticky rice. It is quiet pricy for the size but the quality was good.
