I have had migraines since I was 6 years old and nothing has helped me prevent it so far, 20 years of homeopathy and I still popped a Combiflam for relief.. ordered stupid gadgets and medicines for the US too every time I saw there was a cure or something to prevent it. Took this for 2 months along with some changes in diet. Sour food triggered my headache. I have reduced intake of sour food along with this medicine. Migraines have almost disappeared and when they happen at times, gets better by just sleeping for an hour.

Gave me severe headache after taking just one tablet, different from migraine but equally horrifying lasting for 24 hours. May work for someone but not for me.

Both Vitamin B2 (riboflovin) and Magnesium oxide are not bio available. 10mg of coenzyme Q10 is insufficient for migranes. You should consume atleast 100mg -300mg Coenzye q10.

Migraine due to light and sound sensitivity it worked for me.you can take it anytime.not necessary only before bedtime.
