Q: Can the brace fit both right and left hand??? Whats the sizing for this??

yes! The brace can be worn comfortable on both hands :) Make sure that your palm is resting comfortably on the cushioned beads Your four fingers should be slotted at the top, with the thumb at either the right or left side depending on which hand its on. make sure you slip your thumb through the side slit, and position your palm over the cushioned beads inside !

Q: How do you wash this brace?What is the recommendation?

Remove metal splint from inside the brace, and before washing, make sure that all the fasteners are closed! Hand wash with warm water and mild soap (NOT HOT WATER), rinse and air dry 🙂 DO NOT***: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

Q: Does this help DeQuervein's or do I need a wrist and thumb brace?

Hi! thanks for your question :D For Dequervein's , a wrist and a thumb brace would most likley be more suitable. However, we do know some people who used the wrist brace to great effect too. Q: I have quite a large and wide hand, will this fit me?

My hands are pretty big and they fit fine, the adjustable straps really help. Just make sure to measure your wrist before getting it. The brace fits 5.25"- 9 Inches” (Measure wrist at smallest points). It comes with a really nice packaging with all the information you need on the box itself, if you have any concerns, just email action tribex, they have been really really helpful for me and for a lot of other people here from what i can tell
