Water wasn't flowing consistently. And was made poorly, had a permanent tilt.

This very attractive, curved Fountain was well-packaged and easy to assemble (connecting two leads and pump tube, then) simply placing the vertical top onto the base. The (single) power plug has a very generous lead - approximately two metres in length. Whilst the fountain can clearly be deployed outside, it is one of the few that make an excellent indoor water feature - with the amazing bonus that it is almost completely silent pump and with zero splashes beyond its base! I was also very pleasantly surprised that there are 8 (warm white) LEDs - a central cluster of 4 at the top plus a row of 4 at the bottom - something that their promotional video does not show or exploit! One point I would emphasise when erecting, is to ensure that where you are displaying is completely level (otherwise water will only cascade down one side of the waterfall). The only slight criticism I would offer about this excellent fountain, would be that there is clearly far too few pebbles - but that can be easily and cheaply rectified (but obviously ensure any additional ones are completely scrubbed clean). As I am writing this the same day as it has been delivered, I'm unable to comment on it's durability, but I feel confident that by following the care instructions within the A4 booklet, this should not be an issue.

You are reading the reviews to work out if you should buy it or not? I'm fussy, praise where due, no repeat orders where praise isn't due. So, would I? Would I buy this again? YES! it's SOOOOOOOOOOO good I just want to buy another one :-) If you're on the fence, don't be, just order. To maybe help some, our one came with a regular small normal 240v mains plug. So it can be plugged into any outdoor waterproof mains socket. The mains plug is NOT a transformer type. The mains lead is not hugely long, maybe two metres. I cut it off and fitted an IP 67 cable joiner to extend the cable to the nearest mains socket. The included stones are not many. I'd suggest you get some pretty ones, or as we did, just picked up handfuls of the stones we have all around and used them to blend it in. The LED lighting is actually REALLY GOOD! Up lighting and showing water movement at the top. Easy to put together. It even comes with a spare set of LED lights for the bottom!! All this for not a lot of money. This is wonderful value for money. Looks FANTASTIC! Works very well, the spread of water over the surface is 100% (providing you get it level) the noise, well there really isn't much outdoors to hear, if you used it indoors you would hear it. So the acid test question, Would I buy it again? YES I WOULD! Really hope this helps some....

It arrived well packaged and checked it over for chips, cracks which I think should be done. Very easy to connect the 3 leads, Lights, Pump and Hose onto the Pump. Make sure you tightly connect the 2 screw type cables as they will be under the water. A few reviews mentioned the water not running fully over the areas. This is easily sorted by splashing the water gently over the uncovered areas. You will definitely have to buy more pebbles, either the same style or another type. They will cover the bare areas, but it's a personal preference. I'm very pleased with it, you can clearly hear the water trickling. And it's beautiful at night time.
