Breaks for the rear wheel don't work. No clamp to adjust seat height. Would return if possible.
This was supplied by Amazon Warehouse. The brakes for the rear wheel doesn't work. The light for the front of the bike could not be assembled.I even took the bike to my local bike shop and paid them to re assemble this. Despite spending £40, even they were unable to fix the brakes for the rear wheel!No mechanism to adjust the seat height. Instructions on the manual to adjust the seat does not match with the hardware. No clamp to keep the seat in place despite being in the instructions as per the manual.The manual which came with the bike is not user friendly and very difficult to follow.It is a nightmare for us to return, otherwise would have done it already. Won't let my child ride the bike, since we are unsure about the safety.

Great bike top quality apart from odd choice for seat material
Second schwinn bike for my son had the balance bike when first starting and now this 16” as his third size up. Easy to assemble with a little common sense around 20 mins all in. The only negative is the seat material as it easily scratches and then splits!! This part will be replaced quickly. The rest of the bike though is fantastic quality and design my 5 year old loves it

Good value but not easy to assemble
We liked the bike and it is good value but the instructions were so difficult and not at all easy to understand and put together, maybe this was just me but I usually have no issues when putting things together,

Poor quality
Brake doesnt work on one side, back tyre needs air! Lots of scratches. Poor quality. Bought for my son’s birthday but turned to such a disappointment the little boy!!!

Don’t buy from Amazon UK, neither company will help you if you have issues
The product looks amazing but we couldn’t assemble it. The handlebar bolts couldn’t be undone by us or our local bike shop.We contacted Schwinn bikes and they were more than happy to send out new ones until they realised we were located in Ireland. We were passed to their UK counterparts who told us to go to a bike shop ! Amazon couldn’t help as it wasn’t seen as a fault.If anyone wants a bike with no handlebars we have one here !
