Beautiful and functional and worth every penny!
I bought one recently while it was on sale during Prime day or Black Friday and finally returned it just before the deadline because I ended up not needing it. The exact same Fitbit and Luxe band I had bought over 3 years ago was still working great and looked fine. I never opened the new one because the old one hadn't died yet and is still working well and looking good. I still get compliments on it because it's very stylish and well, pretty! This particular Fitbit doesn't have all the bells and whistles as my husband's more functional Fitbit but the Luxe measures what I wanted which was counting steps, analyzing my exercise output, cardio, readiness, and sleep habits. I did sign up for the extra service for a nominal monthly fee. It's been well worth its price tag and I will buy a new one when mine finally does go kaput.

Beautiful!!!
I love this Fitbit so much. It's so beautiful on. Looks more like jewelry. Very petite. If you're looking for a tracker that is simple, small and stunning, this is it. Seller is excellent. Everything in box as expected. Setup was easy. 5 stars!

Beautiful but…not worth the price -PS: POS
The watch is beautiful, but it keeps falling off. It comes apart, without warning, where the band attaches to the watch face. Yesterday I lost it shopping. Fortunately, after an anxious search, I recovered it. Now I’m afraid to wear it. A lot of good it’s doing me. I’ve only been able to wear my watch for less than two weeks. I can’t return it. It was a birthday present and my husband purchased it a week before my birthday. It wouldn’t set up with my iPhone 6 so I had to get a new phone. So I’m out of time. Also the information that comes with the watch is next to none. I like to at least be able to start using my devices when I get them. It doesn’t even tell you what operating system the watch requires for set up and sync. I had to go to YouTube and try to figure out how to get it working.I’M SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!I’m going to reach out to the company. I hope they stand by their products and above all, address the issue for future buyers.Update: 11/2022 - 9 months later. this device is a waste. It’s inaccurate, unresponsive, hard to use, doesn’t retain a charge, doesn’t adhere very well to the charger & I’ve had to use the silicone band instead of the $100 stainless steel one. The band is starting to tear too. I have to be careful that the silicone band doesn’t release from the watch face also. I tried to contact the company but found that to be impossible. I won’t be buying any more Fitbit products and I will use this until I can afford to buy another brand. What a waste of money and a huge disappointment.PS: it doesn’t charge or sync a lot of the time. And syncing takes forever. I think I mentioned before that it goes dead without warning. Doesn’t hold a charge very well. I’m so disappointed.

It's beautiful and works well, but the band is poorly made and will fall apart easily.
I've had this watch for a few years now. These are my pros: watch face is beautiful and resilient, battery life is ok, and it works great with smaller wrists. Not to mention it goes with almost everything. My cons: the band will randomly break and fall off with very little pressure. I have to be careful if wearing any long sleeves and the band will break free and fall off, it happens at least once per day. It's difficult to keep clean and once it gets wet it'll leave stains on my skin (similar to wearing a fake ring). I expected the battery life to last longer considering its smaller size and functionality.

Nice looking and practicle
This is my 2nd one of this style (original lasted over 2 years). I like that it can get wet and it is small on my wrist. The bracelet band does come loose now and then. The rubber bands never do. I wear it 24/7 except for charging, and get about 14,000 steps per day.

Gold fancy Fitbit
I REALLY wanted this watch to be awesome. I tried it for 3 weeks. The size and style were perfect but the ends of the bracelet didn’t fit into the Fitbit properly and eventually, they started falling off completely. It didn’t happen right away. It took about 2 and ahalf weeks for the complete fail but the endsof the bracelet never REALLY fit into the face itself. There’s no way to snap them in “on the wrong sides” so that wasn’t it. If this design flaw was fixed I’d buy it again but sadly, I returned it. It doesn’t make sense to pay twice the price for the gold option when you can’t use the bracelet you bought it for.Just so you know, I chose the fancy gold as the full time band. I didn’t use it only for special occasions but that shouldn’t matter because I wasn’t taking the bracelet sides on and off to switch them out.I returned this one and bought the gold outlined Fitbit with the off-white rubberized band. It’s not as fancy but it doesn’t fall off and it’s 1/2 the price.Pro- As far as the Fitbit itself, I liked the weight, size and feel of it. I went with the Luxe because I don’t typically wear a watch. I chose this one as it has the smallest face available and I don’t find it uncomfortable or obtrusive at all.Con- on both fit bits- the step tracking doesn’t inspire much confidence in that most mornings I’ve already logged almost 300 steps before my feet hit the floor. I’m a fidgety sleeper but I don’t sleep hike, so there’s that.On the fancy pants gold bracelet- I had to constantly charge it. I’m not sure if the bracelet ends never really snapping into place had anything to do with it but unless you dim it and turn off all notifications, I don’t know how anybody gets 3-4 days without charging. I even disconnected it from call and text notifications and couldn’t get more than 30 hours out of it before it started going Cybil on my wrist begging to be charged.•Fitbit if you’re listening, please design the Luxe with the gold band soldered in. I’d camp out all week for tickets to that show•
