Good product mixed it well in water give good strength and energy, product is very good I am using with bcaa and preworkout. Creatine helps in building your strength. Gallon bottle is free and it's of good quality but creatine is not that effective . I used other product also so I can give 3 star ⭐ only ..and it's for bottle only .
