Good resistance. Make sure you wear clothing with it. The rubber parts with the elastic part can cause friction burns. Besides that item is very good.

Be careful kicking with the strap between the feet. The strap will break if you kick too high. The in-between the feet strap should be longer for people over 6 feet to ensure it doesn’t break.

I love this, the belt doesn't dig into your waist. The only thing u wish I could change is that at least two of the straps accommodate really short people. I love this for leg exercises but they are just a lil to loose.

Bought this for my daughter to use toward martial art training. It was to big for her and it got a little complicated. Would choose something different next time. Cost a lot and not able to use everything.

I liked this kit, use the ankle straps mostly. I find the resistance bands are too long for my short limbs to get much of a workout. I’m 5’4 so best for someone a little taller.

I don't know if the product quality is low or I'm unlucky. One leg band was cut after 3 times use. It was cut on my first head kick.
