So clean the racks didn't stick - wow. Everything is nice and smooth, I have plastic interior and it looked very clean. The best surprise was the racks stopped jamming, and they rolled with ease.

It cleaned my dishwasher that had particles from the grill plate in it. I really didn’t smell the freshness; but as long as it’s clean I’m happy.

Better than other similar products we have used. It isn't perfect, but that is more a function of our extremely hard water than of the product. I just ordered 2 more boxes.

I use these in my dishwasher, yeah, every 15th of month. I also use them in the clothes washer every first of the month. They are used again in the other machines too in the other dates too, prn. I like that I can run a load of whatever the machine cleans and then just pop one in there too. Super easy and fun. I do wash my hands after handling them since I don’t like the sensation of the citric acid tablets on my fingers.

Frankly after following the directions to a T it simply didn’t get rid of the odor.
