Customer Service and My usage
I really really enjoy this charger. I go on work trips to convenient centers and it is nice to have as a little back up. As much as bag space isn’t usually limited it is nice to have for after an event you can just throw it in your pocket and its not bulky and the cord isn’t obnoxiously long. I also really like using it for festivals. I go to 3-5 music festivals a year and about 10-15 concerts. Bag space is always limited at those events and it is perfect in a pocket or in a fanny pack. It wont fully charge your phone all day but it shouldn’t. I am a live in the moment person. But phones do lose some battery throughout a day with calls, texts, a few pictures, and sometimes forgetting to shut the screen off. I love that it gives a boost to get through the day.For customer service they are fantastic. I lost my Apple cable and I emailed the company to purchase a replacement. They said they would send a complementary replacement for me. I was fully willing to spend money on a new cable. Didn’t pay shipping for the replacement or anything. That’s excellent customer service. 10/10 I highly recommend this product. It may not be a giant power bank but it is not supposed to be its just a boost and it works perfectly for me.

Customer Service and Charge Card Excellent plus strongly recommend
I bought this item August 2, 2023 and am extremely happy with it. I travel a lot and this card provides that extra boost when my iPhone 14 PRO is low. I rarely leave home without it. The card is small as advertised and the cable tiny…perfect. I upgraded to the iPhone 16 last week and was disappointed that my charge card cable was incompatible with my new phone. On the off chance that Aquavault could provide me with the correct cable I emailed them and was delighted to have a response the following day, and that the would send me the compatible cable free of charge, and it is now on its way. This is excellent customer service, and assures loyalty. Thank you AquaVault and your very responsive representatives.

Useless - No way to charge the charger!
Imagine my surprise when I got this cute little charger with no way to actually charge the charger! Apparently I’m not the only one because there are other reviews on videos on YouTube saying the same thing. It did come with a charging cord, but it doesn’t fit into either of the ports! In other words, discharge was useless and it’s going right back.

Excellent Tiny Charger
I purchased this to use with my iPhone 11 Pro and when it is fully charged, it has the ability to recharge my phone most of the way. The most recent time I used it, it took me from 9% charge up to 92%. For something the size of just a few stacked credit cards, that’s pretty amazing. Especially given how lightweight it is.One other nice thing is that it can recharge fully in just a couple of hours and be ready for the next day. My larger power pack took 48 hours, but this was done when I checked it 2 1/2 hours after plugging it in.It is well-engineered and comes with a pouch to hold its recharging cable and the three possible plugs to be used with most any phone; lightning, USB-C, and micro-USB. The unit itself fits easily into my wallet so I always have it when I need it. I also love the pun that it is called a ChargeCard. The only drawback I can see is that it is more expensive than some competitors, but honestly I’m willing to pay the premium to get a unit manufactured in the USA. This way I am more confident that the workers were paid a fair wage and appropriate benefits, unlike so many overseas manufacturers. Plus, the unit is likely to be more robust, last longer, and not do something crazy like catch fire.Overall I’m thrilled with this purchase and may purchase several more as stocking stuffers for my nieces and nephews.

Decent Emergency Phone Charger, But With Some Drawbacks
I recently purchased the Ultra Thin Emergency Phone Charger, and while it has some useful features, there are a few areas where it falls short. What I Like:Portability: The biggest selling point of this charger is its size. It’s incredibly slim and lightweight, easily fitting into my wallet or pocket without adding noticeable bulk. Perfect for emergencies when you need a quick charge on the go.Convenience: It’s handy to have a backup power source readily available. The convenience of having a charger that’s always with me cannot be overstated. It has saved me from a dead phone a couple of times already. What Could Be Improved:Charging Capacity: The power bank’s capacity is quite limited. It provides a small boost, which is helpful in emergencies, but don’t expect it to fully charge your phone. It’s more of a “get-me-to-the-next-outlet” solution.Charging Speed: The charging speed is relatively slow. It takes longer than I expected to provide even a minimal charge. This can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry and need your phone powered up quickly.Build Quality: While the charger is very portable, the build quality feels a bit flimsy. I’m concerned about its durability over time, especially if it’s being carried around in a wallet with other items.Overall:The Ultra Thin Emergency Phone Charger is an okay product for its intended purpose. It’s incredibly portable and convenient for those emergency situations where you need a quick power boost. However, its limited capacity, slow charging speed, and somewhat fragile build are significant drawbacks. If you’re looking for something to get you through a quick emergency, this might work for you, but don’t rely on it for regular use. Three stars.
