Great for hardwood floors. Standard size for basic office chairs. Quiet and moves freely.

Absolute game changer. I use my chair on a wooden floor and the original wheels made that horrible plastic noise whenever I moved the chair, that would annoy my wife in the next room. Now the chair is almost silent and moves with ease, the original plastic wheels would develop a flat spot if I sat still for too long and make a "train on a track" when ever I moved, not anymore. They also swivel much better than the originals. I did look at the scooter style wheels but they were too big in diameter as I use my chair on the lowest setting so these smaller wheels are perfect.

I bought these to reduce the wear on my new office carpet. As you can see from the comparison with my old wheel the new ones are softer and wider. It won't stop my carpet wearing but I'm hoping it won't be as harsh. Fitted easily to my chair and roIl well. Seem well made and seem good value.

Bought these wheels to replace my Chair original Caster Wheels as they were slippery, chair was hard to move around and I was worried about creating lots of scratches on the laminate floor.These new wheels are smaller than previous ones (that were quite on the big size).The bottom of the wheels is made of rubber so they have a very good and gentle grip on the floor and it's much easier to push chair around.Installation was very easy, pull out the wheels you want to replace and push these in. Just a few minutes to complete the job.The wheels arrive in a small box and each of them is wrapped in a plastic sachet.They seems quite sturdy of good quality, time will tell how long they will last :)

Have been using the wheels for about a week on a wooden floor, they haven’t scratched the floor.They are smooth when moving the chair around.It comes with 5 which is enough for most desks and that are cheaper than most.The Wheels are good quality and looks just like described.

I wanted something a bit softer than the original plastic wheel that was fitted to my chair, one reason being that on my laminate floor the chair would roll far to easy, if I sneezed I would end up on the other side of the room, because of this I had the chair on a large rug which kept things steady.I wanted to loose the rug and just roll on the laminate and thought if I used a rubber type castor it might well be a bit less free rolling, I decided on these with the rubber wheel and double castor, they even have little mud guards should I decide to go out in the wet, very easy to install, just pop a big screw driver under the old ones and pop them out then just press these in there place, these feel a lot more smother than the old ones and I think will not cause damage to the flooring like the hard plastic ones might.As for my free rolling problem they have not made much difference they roll just as freely but more quietly, now when I sneeze I shoot across the room in a silent whoosh rather than a rattle, but that aside these are really nice wheels and have made a difference to the way the chair feels, especially at speed.
