I’ve been taking this multivitamin for about a month now and I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel. Yes, it tastes pretty terrible and it took me a lot longer than I expected to get used to the taste. It definitely doesn’t bother me anymore, though I wouldn’t say it tastes pleasant. I will continue taking it because I do feel like it gives me more energy and I just feel better overall.

DONT USE THE CAP!!! I use a little medicine cup the same size as the dosage and NO MORE MESS! I take my cod liver oil first than this vitamin and it just comes out clean! I honestly have been working so hard and my house has never been so clean because I have ENERGY!! I have these on auto ship! A little pricey but I feel too good to quit! It takes about a month to see the huge difference in how you feel!
