Ok, so I bought the small size as I was not convinced this stuff would work! My feet always hurt in heels and well, i've tried everything. Some things just make the issue worse. I figured i had nothing to lose. I decided to wait before writing a review to try it out over a course of time with different shoes and styles. I bought it in time for new years and while the shoes weren't my most uncomfortable ones to test this with, it worked great! I was surprised the soles of my feet didn't feel raw. Secondly, I bought a pair of flats, those ones with the elastic that hurt to break in. This worked like a charm! My first pair (without this spray) took me 3 weeks and some painful blisters on my feet. My second pair, with this spray, took 2 days and NO BLISTERS! I couldn't believe it. I went out last weekend with the girls and was literally on my feet all night, I wore a block heel but was more concerned about the front strap bothering me. I sprayed the front of my feet where the strap was and it worked well. Now, I will say, I did have a pair of high heels about 4" or more on a couple of weeks ago, they were more the skinny heel type. This worked well for the first 2-3 hours, then my feet started bothering me. I could have reapplied, but didn't. It's small enough to fit in your purse for a night out if needed. I like that it does not have a residue after it dries, and if you're in a hurry, it dries fast. I did notice this last time, a lining over my toe nail polish, perhaps I sprayed a little too much...it didn't happen the time before that. Overall, a great product. Already recommended to other friends and colleagues and will buy again!

My life will never be the same!!! This product has been a complete game changer! As a high heel addict and an affinity for all shoes that are gorgeous (and uncomfortable), this has put a stop to all pesky blisters and chaffing. I live in Santa Monica where you get EVERYWHERE by walking - and it's been a struggle deciding if it's my shoes or the comfort that's gotta go. I can now wear my most uncomfortable stilettos for a full mile and feel confident that I'll still be able to make it home with a smile (instead of piggyback riding home on my boyfriend). I've had blisters that have been infected, landing me in the hospital and other blisters that seem to stick around for up to 6 months. Once I experienced this rockstar product, I decided to experiment with the product and see what other wonders it could do. New running shoes, even the most comfortable ones would give me initial friction blisters until I broke them in. PreHeels solved that problem, breaking in my new sneakers without any pain. I took this further when I decided to go hiking in Big Sur -this was the ultimate challenge ... sure, PreHeels could survive perfect Santa Monica weather, but could it stay on for a full day of hiking in 90 degrees weather while wearing massive structured hiking boots? To my delight, PreHeels kicked butt once again and allowed me to hike for the whole weekend in brand new boots with no down time or pain. As a hiker, these boots generally take about 4 weeks to break in so this product definitely impressed me and changed my life. PreHeels is now a "must have" staple in my medicine cabinet, purse and travel bag. Thank you PreHeels!!! I'll see a whole lot more of you in my future :)

I was recently in a wedding where the bride was gracious enough to purchase 5" stilettos for the bridesmaids. I immediately looked all over Amazon for items that could possibly help me stand for hours in them, and I came across this spray. It definitely did the job, but it was the aftermath that wasn't the greatest. By the end of the night I had collected dirt, dust, and random grossness all over my feet since the spray leaves a constantly sticky film over the area you spray. Its hard to apply to your feet only in the area where the shoes would hurt/rub/slip. So I ended up with a sticky film on the top of my feet and after a long day my feet were so dirty. Honestly I didn't mind so much since it really did help with the constant rubbing. I would much prefer dirt over painful blisters. However, I did have to go into the bathroom and wash my feet off towards the end of the night since it started to look like my skin was peeling on the top of my feet. I took the good with the bad and would definitely use it again.

This product is seriously the BEST! As a mom of two wearing heels doesn't happen very often. When my husband received an invite to his company's holiday cocktail party I was excited but not to excited about wearing heels around the house for the next 2 weeks trying to break them in. I stumbled upon preheels on FB and bought 2 of the larger cans. As soon as they came I grabbed my new shoes straight out of the box and tried them on. The shoes were rubbing on the back, my pinky toes and even a couple spots on the inside and outside of my foot. After 10 min of walking in the shoes I knew I needed to try out preheels. A quick spray and a little counting and I was ready to go. I was nervous wearing the shoes too soon would give me bad blisters and not be a good start to prepping my feet for the tortures of heel wearing. I was wrong! Preheels to the rescue! I wore my heels for the entire cocktail party! Yeah... the entire thing! Preheels prevented all hot spots and the possibility for blisters. I keep a mini can in my purse now just incase my flats start rubbing!
