OMG, what magic is this? My chonky 15lb boy crawled right inside the moment I was finished setting it up (which took all of 45 seconds) and he hasn't left since. It was bigger than I expected and Mister lazy certainly isn't complaining about the large condo he was just gifted out of nowhere. There is enough room inside for his sister to join him, but he is not accepting visitors at this time.

Hopefully this one comes packages properly but I will say it has stood up to all 3 cats and they love the Fluffy dangly ball that is the only dangle toy that hasn't ripped off or come unattached unlike other similar items I've tried. I definitely would recommend this item.I like that it was super easy to assemble and super easy to fold up and take with for a trip or a stay at a hotel or whatever but I will say it's a bit flimsy. The top has a material covered cardboard "support" that goes on top under the pillow top thing but it definitely sags under the cats weight. She only weighs 10 lbs and 1 yrs old but after some hesitation about the top, some catnip sprinkled on top did the job getting her to stay up there for a few. Once she realized it wont give way she now loves the top. She likes to lean over from the top and grab at the hanging fluffy ball. At first she loved the bottom entrance and slept in there a lot but now shes only using the top. I think its bc the sag from the top gives her less headroom going in the bottom but when we bring her new kitten brother or sister home I feel confident they will use both especially during play. I also added a curved scratcher to the set up as the scratcher wasnt used much on it's own but now that I've propped it up on the step/toy box side, she uses that much more often also.My one issue is that while it came in good condition, it did not come in "new" like I paid for. I clearly got someones returned items it was haphazardly wrapped in a non sealed plastic with zero paperwork for care instructions or what's washable....that bothered me as I had options between new and used and chose new and clearly got one someone had already used as there was already a sag in the top from the start. But once my cat inspected it and started hanging out on it I kept it to prevent the hassle of return which I usually dont but I had been needing something for her as I had just gotten rid of her old cat house.

Bought this for our cat who recently became sick (ear infection that had messed with his equilibrium) so he didn’t have to jump up onto our beds…..well our other cat loves it and the one who’s equilibrium is off refuses to use it because he’s more like a dog and wants to have human contact to sleep. So even though our love bug won’t use it our other cat who’s only a love bug when she wants to be loves it and has taken over the inside, I do fine our love bug on the top though when our female is inside so maybe there’s still a chance he’ll use it. I’m just happy one of our cats loves it

My 3 chihuahuas immediately took a liking to their new home. Looks a lot more organized now compared to the way their bed area looked. My heaviest chihuahua weights upwards of 8 lbs and still feels safe enough to lay on top. The top does slightly cave in even when the 2 lb dog is on the top but it's still a pretty sturdy house. I am glad I bought it.

The media could not be loaded.  My cat loves boxes (what cat doesn’t?) so he’s had a permanent cardboard box fort in our living room for years. When I decided it was time to upgrade him to a classier fort, my main concern was finding one big enough for him. He’s an 18 pound ragdoll, so a lot of the products available aren’t conducive to his size 😅 however this one is perfect for him! He absolutely loves it and spends hours in it every day! I’ve included a video of him seeing it for the first time I was worried he wouldn’t like it at first but he absolutely loved it!

Just received this today. The 3 fatty cats love it. The white one is 24 lbs and the top seems to hold him just fine. I used the “ storage/ toy box” for another place to relax.

I was unsure whether my cat would take to this, but she was straight on it and the next time I looked she was lovely and cosy inside it. I did put her fleece bankets on top and inside so that she had a familiar scent and I think this helped. This is a great product that I can have in the lounge tucked out of the way, but gives my cat plenty of room inside and out. Would definitely recommend.

Soft and cozy and because my cat is a big cat, the top holds his weight and he loves it. I've tried other cat beds but this one is by far his favourite.
