The quality of these belts are great! They’re very well made. Unfortunately the size I purchased was too small. There was a card within the package to contact the manufacturer directly for sizing issues - so I sent them a message. After giving them my order number, they sent me another belt in a bigger size at no charge to me, and allowed me the keep the smaller belt without returning it. I am very happy with their customer service! Will be ordering future products from them for sure.

Phenomenal purchase and the customer service you couldn’t ask for better when I ordered this. I assumed my son was a large after getting it turns out he was a medium. They wouldn’t accept an exchange. They just sent us a new one. No additional fees or cost! I recommend this Company and this product 100%.

pretty good quality, good material and soft, not that hard, feel pretty good to use during my workout.and even more, I bought a wrong size, and the seller send me a new one for free and ask me to keep the old one. what a kind seller!but pls don't abuse this if you see my comment . lets respect each other

I would like to see more adjustment levels. In some cases, the next one feels tight while the previous one is too loose. Looks great and feels great.

I suggest ordering one size larger than listed. That being said, they did take care of me in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.
