I had the same tin for a couple summers and decided to get the big one for a trip to Mexico. It’s so nice to not have to worry about applying as often (almost at all). I just use it on my face because the tint gets on clothes. My skin doesn’t mind it and it washes off with face cleanser. Just wish there was a wider range of shades. In the winter this is too dark for my pasty skin, but if I tan it looks too light. I don’t care that much, but people with darker skin tones should be able to use this too.

I found this while looking for a sunblock that might actually last in the pool, bc even with setting timers to reapply our usual sunblock, my kids were getting sunburned (they’re in the water for hours at a time). We’ve been using this for a week and it works great- no burns since we switched to this!Cons:1) It’s a little tough to apply, but I suspect that’s why it stays on so well. I use it on smaller areas that are most likely to burn- faces, ears, and hands; then we wear rash guards for sun protection for rest the upper body. I use a different mineral sunscreen that’s more spreadable for legs and anything else bc I just can’t deal with spreading this on large areas of the body.2) I bought the tinted version because it shipped faster, but I would only buy the clear one going forward. The tinted one stains anything light colored. My husband threw the stained items in the wash without treating first so it’s probably not fixable now, if they’d been pretreated with something that breaks up oil maybe it would have been ok.
