The talking Elsa that doesn’t talk!!!
This was the second one I ordered as the first didn’t work at all The first doll did not talk and the little animal attachments didn’t work either. It was a present for my niece who was quite upset that her doll didn’t work!!!! I ordered the same doll angain ans it was the doll my niece wanted. It arrived and worked for all of 5 minutes and then was the same as the first doll. My niece was very upset this time as the doll did work fur a few minutes but then nothing!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product and it caused a lot of distress.

Hours and hours of play
Purchased this delightful Princess Doll (Elsa-Frozen) for our 3 year old granddaughter. We have had endless hours of make believe and fun, she absolutely adores it. The light on her arm is very clever and so are the phrases it uses. Great value for a lovely gift

DID NOT WORK!!!!
Does not work at all, ordered as a Christmas present but wouldn't work so sent it back and had a replacement sent for it to not work again. Too late to send back as you have to take it out of the box and replace batteries to find out it doesn't work at all!! Not happy, total waste of money!!!!

Doesn't work well. Very low sound.
Pretty doll but it doesn't work. The sound is very crackled and low and only makes a sound once in a lot of trys.

Not working
Doll arrived completely dead. Had a try me feature so should have been working. Batteries completely dead. Obviously been sat somewhere a long time. My 3year old was very disappointed that she couldn't play with her dolls on her birthday and had to wait til we could get to the shop for batteries. Advert says - can play straight away, batteries included. Incorrect.

Didn’t disappoint, our granddaughter loved her gift
Bought another Elsa doll for our granddaughter and she loved it!!!she knows all the phrases. Easy to use/change characters.

Disappointing
Very disappointing. Birthday present arrived for my daughter. The sound only works maybe 1 out of 5 times and it is a scratchy voice. Sending it back.
