im 5 ft and am really short and really skinny so idk idk if these will fit?

Is hip measurement a tight fit or is there a lot of room in hips/thighs? my hips are 44" - large or xl? (xxl way too large!)

I wear a 32 inch inseam and everyone has commented that these are very long but the size guide says 29 1/2. Are these actually longer?
