I was desperate to find a good non-constipating iron supplement that would help my very low ferritin levels so I bought this. I tried it for 4 days, it's true that it's not constipating but I noticed that I was more fatigued than usual after taking it for some reason. Not sure if it needed more time but I stopped it and switched to iron biglycinate which gave me way more energy on the 2nd day of trying it.

Recently, heard about the product liposomal. My counts were down after chemo so I red about how this goes straight into blood stream instead of stomach. So far pretty good.no after taste No upset stomach. Energy levels are improving. Price well. I'd buy again

It's a pill to improve health but impossible to see any benefits for a week or so. Maybe longer. Not really reveiwable at this point

I did blood test after one month exactly and it raised my ferritin from 30 to 46 ,20 and it’s really good I took throun vitamin c with it and took two hours away from coffe happy with my results I will keep taking it .. trust worthy but it ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've tried 4 kinds of iron so far, all giving me gut/constipation/trapped wind/slow motility/bloating... Just awful, even if they said they were gentle/gut friendly. I had a capsule yesterday, and this morning I had literally zero side effects. I already have energy, I feel bright and ready to put a summer dress on now I'm not having gut issues. I found out that gut issues come from unaborbed iron, as it coats your digestive track in unaborbed iron, so has made me question the efficacy of the other iron tablets I took of the side effects were so bad (ferrous fumarate, iron bisglycinate x2 including Viridian) and none of it worked. It's only been 24 hours, but I already feel amazing.

The capsules are easy to swallow . Will find out soon if they do the job
