The Hoto precision screwdriver is great, but a couple of things could use improvement. First of all, the overall build quality is excellent; it feels like a high-quality screwdriver in the hand, and it looks fantastic. The main thing that I would like to see changed is the way the bits are held in the storage compartment, the bits are magnetically held in the slots, which is a good idea, but I do not find the magnet strong enough to prevent the bits from accidentally falling from the bit holder while changing bits, this has not happened to me yet, but it has almost happened a couple of times, I can see it happening if you are not careful, you really need to be aware of it and make an effort to make sure the bits stay held securily with your hands when changing bits, a stronger magnet or the clip-in style bit holders would be a welcome improvement. Another limitation of this style precision screwdriver is that it lacks a bit extension, which means that it cannot reach deeply recessed screws. I removed the double-ended bits and replaced them with single-ended bits that I commonly use. I seldom, if ever, use security bits, and if I need to remove a security screw, I have other screw drivers for that, I plan on using the Hoto screwdriver for EDC use so I replaced the bits with R0, R1, R2, Ph0, Ph1, Ph2, 3 differnt sise flat head (common) bits and 3 different size Torx bits. The first photo shows the screwdriver beside 2 AA batteries for size reference only; the screwdriver does not take batteries. If you want an excellent precision screwdriver for EDC, this is it.

First impressions are great. The product is overpriced, but it's still good.
