One of the things that I miss from the homeland. This is a great sauce to served with a $4.99 Costco rotisserie chicken. Put some fries in the air fryer and voilà, your set!

The Real Deal!
So easy to prepare. I measured half package (about 30 grams) and whisked powder easily into 250 ml cold water. Whisked then to a boil, then a few minutes simmer. Perfect thick St. Hubert BarBQ sauce a great match with just brought home COSTCO hot rotisserie chicken! The package recipe calls for 500 ml plus full package is you want a lot more.
