This is my third dispenser I have tried, the only one of three which balanced quality and price. I only tried it for almost a month works very well

I have used for 3 months at least to evaluate the item with a right judgment. It really works nicely. Very convenient, it makes the water so cold quickly, very silent working during cooling the water. Definitely I recommend it.

It started making noises after 5 months. Quite disappointed with the warranty cover.When I contacted Electrolux, they asked me bring it to their service Centre. They expect me to hire a van to deliver it to them and bring it back after it’s fixed. Spend AED 300 on transport to get a AED 500 (approx) item fixed.Instead of taking the ownership, apologizing on its quality that it malfunctioned only after 5 months, they put customers in very inconvenient position to avoid warranty claims.Thankfully Amazon stepped in to help resolve it.I hope some one will escalate it to the right people at policy making level to fix this practice at Electrolux.

The only complain is about that if you have a small house/apartment, the noise of the internal “kettle” may bring to you some discomfort. It’s not loud but you can clearly identify. Usually every 30min/1h he needs to be activated (automatically) to keep the water hot.

An extremely well made water dispenser. Works wonderfully. Silent operation. Easy to load bottles.

Delivered on time, easy to install with least hassle… and works well… tried it for hot & cold water and works good.. no noise, just a bit initially when its turned on… looks good and elegant in my kitchen and best part… too easy to load and unload water cans no!Perfect one for the price.. picked in a discounted rate!

First of all, expected quality because it’s Electrolux. Disappointed. After 1,5 year stopped working. After 1 year issues started, normal water was ice cold, started to be very noisy when cooling and later all the time. And then it stopped working.If I wanted short life machine I would pay more less for some unknown company, but I bought Electrolux because of trust only. They are good in other appliances, but obviously not water dispensers.

the device was working good until the end of its one year warranty.the cold spout stopped working and the normal spout gives very cold water then all the spouts stopped.no response from service centernot recommended!
