I am very optimistic about this product's effectiveness due to the fact that so many buyers have posted positive feed backs. I just started to take this product for the past 3 days. It's very early for me to state it's effectiveness for my own personal use. However, I bought a 2 months supply and by the end of the 2 months I will know for sure just how it worked for me. UPDATE: I have been taken this product for 9 days and it has been proven effective for me. I have obtained several benefits. 1st: I have more energy and stamina when I ride my stationary spinning bicycle. I am able to workout an 1 hour and 41 minutes instead of the usual 1 hour only! 2nd: Once I have finished exercising in my spinning bicycle I noticed that I am sweating far more than before. I do use a McDavid waist trimmer which has neoprene to swear more, but with the Total Naturals supplements I am dripping more sweat than ever before! 3rd: I have lost 3 pounds which proves this product as a true fat burner! Use with confidence
I have only been using this product for a couple of weeks, but I will say that I have to be very careful what I consume because I get stomachaches easily. I pop one of these first thing in the morning about 1/2 hour before I eat, and I have not experienced any stomach upset or shakiness like I would with other things. So that's one definite plus! I was hoping these would help me with sugar cravings, and I think things have definitely gotten better in this department! I will keep using this product with confidence.
