I purchased the XL open hook. The XL strap would definitely be long enough for a tenor sax but fits nicely for my alto. The open hook design feels very sturdy and although it’s easy to take on and off still gives you a sense of security when it’s hooked to your instrument. The strap and neck pad are also great quality and with proper care should work well for many years to come. I am overall very happy with this purchase and recommend it to all.
