Very easy to put together, cheap quality but it is nice cheap quality. I purchased 2 and was able to have them side by side and the doors dont pinch which is nice.

First thing, one of the doors had a chip or crack in the corner; I was able to hang it so the chip portion is on the bottom, so that worked out fine. Overall, the cabinet is cheap looking; there's no other way to say that. The particle board sheds when sliding on the the facing and the shelf facing has a slight gap between the shelf portion and the facing. I'm buying furniture cover-up to try to minimise that and like someone suggested, I'm covering the back cardboard with 1/8 inch plywood.

This shelf is just what we needed! It is good size! It is sturdy and durable. Easy to put together (19 steps).

It was easy to assemble by myself and it took just under 3 hours. I thought that the bookcase would be much heavier when I finished it and stood it up and moved it to where I wanted to place it. It was not as heavy as I thought. It was much heavier when it was boxed and delivered by the amazon delivery driver. Sauder is my go to and this Chalked Chestnut Finish really is a nice color and quality!

Very sturdy book case! I read reviews before I purchase items and a few comments say that it’s not sturdy, if you follow the directions correctly it is very sturdy. (I had to redo and completely have the back on) the instructions are so detailed and great, I have ordered several things because the instructions are so easy to follow!! I was able to assemble all the furniture by myself (not usually a something I do) the price might be a bit high, but for me worth it!

I had this professionally assembled and hinges are placed correctly, as you can see in the photos. However, there remains just over a half-inch gap between the two doors, and they are barely top flush. It looks pretty poor for a $250+ bookcase/cabinet. IKEA maybe, but not for this price. Already assembled so can't return and don't want the headache of paying another assembly but I wouldn't buy it again.

Very good quality and assembly is very esay as all holes align perfectly.

This bookshelf fits perfectly in our space and looks quite good. The only issue I have is that that piece that you nail into the back, for support and to close it, is actually 2 pieces, so its not as sturdy as I feel it would be if it were just one solid piece. Other than that, its great for what it is and for the price.
