Love love this protein shake. Has kept me going when I've not been well enough to cook. Gave some sachets to a friend who is having chemo and she has ordered more directly. She loves the taste. Very easy to digest and delicious.

I am on a restricted diet and my dietician recommended these, they are okay for a change but I always put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in and place in freezer for thirty minutes, lovely.
