I am enjoying it for habit building
Okay. I am terrible at building habits. I get bored easily and have issues doing the same thing day after day. So this journal is helping me building a movement habit. I know I need to be stronger so my bones don't crumble into dust from osteoporosis which runs in my family. And strength building does that. This body weight exercise journal is helping. It helps to fill out the prompts and follow along. And it's different every workout which has been super helpful to my easily bored brain. I've completed 10 workouts and I've seen small gains in strength. Yay for my spine and my future geriatric hips! I'm hoping it will help me build a movement habit. But so far it's a good layout for the book and easy to follow. I would recommend it.

Broken cover, twice
The actual content of the book may be good, but the quality of the binding is very low. I ordered a copy and it arrived broken - the cover was completely torn away from the pages. I returned it and ordered a new copy. The new copy arrived damaged as well, as you can see in the picture. It was for a gift, so itās completely useless to me in this condition. For the price, I would expect a product that isnāt falling apart from the start.

Feel the Burn
This book is ready to follow and it creates the burn in your muscles that you feel the next day. Love the workouts, the helpful hints, and that everything is all in one place. No need for equipment. Itās just you and your body.

Extremely poor product quality and delivery
I ordered this book 3 times. The first one I received the spine on the book was completely detached. I returned for a refund assuming it was damaged in transit. Stuff happens. I re-orderedā¦the second was apparently āundeliverableā so it was returned by the carrier. I re-ordered. Again. The third one looks like the photosā¦.dirty, absolutely no coverā¦.so I am guessing itās the first one I ordered with the broken spine!?!? Terrible terrible. Whoever packed this to ship out needs glasses and a whole bag of common sense.

ADHD and Beginner Friendly!
I'm an exercise newbie. I've been so afraid of going to the gym because I don't want to hurt myself because of form, a wrong workout, or a wrong group of exercises in a session. I've tried for years and years to try to get into exercise but I either overdo myself or I overthink everything and just psych myself out of doing it.This book is everything. It has planned exercises, goals, tells you what to do and (kind of) how to do it. I've had to YouTube some of the moves to make sure I understood what they were and the correct form, so that's why only 4 stars. The book says you can find the exercises at their website, but the links are literally just the pictures in the back of the book. Otherwise, it's perfect. My workouts havent taken me longer than an hour. I'm able to do them while I have the kids under my watch. It's easy and doable but a lot of work as well. I can see and feel a difference and have had the book for only about a month. Also as a person with ADHD it's sooooo good. It's cheaper than an app you have to pay monthly for or for a personal trainer. It has the workouts set up for each session. Tells you how many reps, how many sets, and it gives you other options if something is out of your ability. I don't feel ashamed to skip something or look up something else similar altogether, either.
