This soy sauce caught me off-guard--after seeing a documentary on how soy sauce is made in different countries, I decided that I needed to try some "authentic" soy sauce. I looked on Amazon and discovered this one had good ratings, so I thought I'd try it. As soon as I got it, I tried it on some Chinese food, and was a little disappointed. It was okay, but not what I was hoping for, so I had decided that I would give it to a family member to keep it from going to waste. Then I got some sushi and thought I'd give this sauce another try... Holy Schnikes!!! It was incredible!!! So... give it a try, and then give it another try. I use another soy sauce that is more complementary to other foods, for when I eat Chinese or Korean food, and I save this stuff for when I eat Japanese food. I don't know why some sauces work better for different foods, but this is THE best when eating sushi or other items of that type. It should be noted that it comes in a very cool bottle, that makes it quite giftable. It can serve as a decorative yet functional addition to a kitchen.

Best flavor, deep umami

Best soy sauce I ever tasted! Rich flavor. Definitely not like store bought soy sauce. I will only buy JAMMY CHAI soy sauce now. The bottle is also artistic and makes a good display piece after use.

A quite intense soy sauce, nothing artificial in it. A little bit goes a long way. I look forward to enjoying it on numerous foods.

First off I just wanted to say that I never thought I would imagine myself buying a premium soy sauce at a premium price but I was drawn to the bottle and was low on soy sauce so I decided what the heck, I’ll give it a try. At worst I’d have a pretty bottle to display. And boy I have to say, this is some tasty soy sauce! I’m now spoiled! I’ll never use the watered down extra salty soy sauce the restaurants give out. There is no comparison. Let me repeat, there is no comparison! Yes, for soy sauce it’s kinda pricey but in my opinion, definitely worth the cost! It has a much richer taste that the usual cheapies out there. You can tell just from the taste that there was a lot of love in producing this product. Besides the pretty bottle, It comes in a nice presentation box too so if your so inclined, it would make a nice gift (if you can keep your hands off of it long enough to give it as a gift that is! Lol!) It comes very well protected so it should arrive safe and sound. Besides the box it comes in, there’s a special bubble sleeve that fits around it and then all of that is fitted into another (plain) box so my dears if this gets broken, then the Gods that be just didn’t want you to have it! This is absolutely delicious and the bottle looks great, the seal was broken though and it was slightly leaking I dont think it was tampered with. when I run out will order again for sure and if next bottle is not damaged will give it 5 stars

Delicious flavor! This is the soy sauce I had been looking for. It tastes just like remember from my childhood, when a family friend who brewed his restaurant’s own soy sauce would sometimes bring a bottle when he visited. This soy sauce is superb!

We enjoy eating sushi in our household quite often but not necessarily Going Out to eat every time.We like to do take out sushi as well and we wanted a good soy sauce to have in the house to enjoy our sushi. I did a bit of research and found good reviews on this soy sauce. I must say it is a huge difference in taste and thickness and it is a lot more rich in flavor compared to other soy sauce I had before. I would highly recommend this soy sauce.
