First off, the timer is softer than you'd expect it to be - it's a silicone-like feel, and very fun to touch! I can see how these would be great for kids. I really appreciate that these come as a pack of two, so you have a back-up if one somehow breaks. They arrived taped together all the way around; it seems they'd been that way for a while, so I recommend cutting the boxes apart and leaving the tape on, as it will peel the box art. I pulled it from the 'brown bear' box but left it on the wolf, and you can see the difference. The timer seems to be a minute off and keeps ticking for a little bit after ringing. I think it's still fairly accurate, but you can set it a minute ahead if you're worried. The top part stays snugly on and will come off if you pull firmly; it seems like the lock is set so you can't adjust the arrow position, but I'm not an expert on timers so it could be possible. It rings loud, and although the instructions say to move it to 55 minutes and back down, it still rings -albeit briefer- when you don't push it that far (in the video, it was twisted to 30 minutes and back). I use mine to stay on task and the ring startles me every time. Very audible from down the hall, too. All around, a definite recommendation. These will add charm wherever you decide to use them!

Super cute. Arrived quickly. My daughters each have one to use to set time limits for daily tasks like brushing teeth, reading, screen time, etc.

Time accurate and super cute. Apparently makes an obnoxious but soft ticking noise the whole time it's operating, but I'm hard of hearing so I don't notice it unless it's closer than three inches from my ear. Makes my wife crazy, though

Update: please actually read the instructions! I thought these were defective, turns out I missed vital information. To get the bell to sound, you NEED TO turn the arrow all the way to 55 first, then rotate backwards to whatever time you actually want. Any less than this and the bell won’t go off. Super cute timers!!

I got these for when I'm constantly having to find my phone and set timers for 5, 10, or 15 minutes for various art or cooking projects. Unfortunately, I tried both when they arrived and they both give a very faint noise between the 3 and 4 minute mark but neither one goes off at the zero mark. They're cute but totally useless if you're looking for something to have next to your project that you don't have to watch the entire time to know when it's done.

Looked long and hard for something my 2 year old grandchildren would be able to use and understand for time out. Spent a lot more money on another timer but it wasn’t 2 year old friendly. Only wanted a 5 minute visual timer but it was too sensitive to touch and broke 1st use . These are very durable not as visual time wise for 2 year old but gets the point across and they can play with it

My son loves to sit in the bath far too long and we tell him to watch the clock and he didn't. We bought these for him and he LOVES to use them for everything now. It's your typical oven timer but in the look of animals so it makes them fun for kids. My son has to read a certain amount of time per day and so he uses that for his reading as well. Zero issues with these timers at all, fun and useful.

super cute but its only been since dec 2022 and they have both died now. they dont ding when time is up and if I set either up for under 25 minutes they dont even start. Burned food a few times because I was in another area waiting for timer to go off while I folded laundry and never did it ring.

I’ve had these timers for a couple of months and they’re still doing fine. I dropped one which would normally break these cheap sort of timers but it stayed in one piece and still works. Bell is very quiet and easy to miss but if you’re in the same room you’ll hear it. Cute and functional.

Cute. They're so cute and they work great. The only thing that's a bit strange is that it tickes down the time and then stops. So if it's not right next to you, you won't know that the times up.
