It really works well. It keeps the stuff cool for 24 hours. Just be carefull not to freeze the cooler pack too much. It will swell and make the container too cold.

Excellent product for insulin

Good for traveling with weightloss pens (monjaro, wegovy, ozempic types) in a temperature controlled space. Doesn't cool for 60h, more like 12h max, but still okay for hot weathers.

انه تبرد ابر منجارو بشكل جيد فانا اسافر بشكل اسبوعي 4 ساعات بسبب العمل فكانت مناسبة، ولكن التي استلمتها فيها مشكله عداد حرارة لا يعمل.

The advertised 60H is not achievable, it keeps temperature from 2 degrees to 5 degrees for 32H and 4H to reach the room temperature (so total 36H). The room temperature where I did the test was 21 degrees. I did the math and this product will keep your meds safe for 24H outside in winter in Dubai and 12 to 16 hours outside in summer in Dubai

Product works well for keeping insulin cool for prolonged periods even in hotter temperatures. However three months in the temperature sensor no longer works. It will read 0deg C all the time, even after laid out overnight.

Llevaba buscando algo que realmente mantuviese fría la insulina por mucho tiempo. En un viaje de trabajo de 2 días (a un lugar donde estábamos a 35°C) se mantuvo siempre entre 1° y 3°. No hubo necesidad de buscar refrigeración en otra parte.

Just bought this for my long trip next week. I put it to test. 32 hours and still at 8 degrees C. I got the one with the manual thermostat. Brilliant!
