Well I can't say anything negative about this item. It depends on what you are looking for. I know where my upper back pain is and this one is perfect for me.

Don't waste your money
Waste of money, fits horrible and uncomfortable. Doesn't fit like the photo at all. Worthless.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Appeared to be what I was looking for. Once I put it on and adjusted the snugnesss, it was very uncomfortable under the arms. So I loosened it but doesn’t provide the support I was looking for.

Works great, but plastic rings hurt shoulders
This would be perfect if the design excluded the plastic square shaped rings that dig into your shoulder/neck and hurt (damage skin). I had to replace with a similar item that did not have thr plastic.

Good for the price paid .
the straps that go under the arms are wide which made it feel uncomfortable.I think the part that goes across your back could be larger to provide more support in that area..I haven't worn it enough to determine yet if it is going to help.
