Q: If I start seeds in these, can I transplant the entire thing

No, it’s fibers do not break down enough to make this a feasible option. I use mine for an entire year as I bring them in each winter to keep my plants alive, and they are still intact. Plus this is an expensive option for seeds.

Q: Can plant and liner be transplanted together?

I have never done it, but I don’t see why they can’t.
