It's neither smudge proof, not water proof. It's tip also not very thin as I expected. I got it at a very affordable price but there are better alternative in the market. Go for those. It easily comes out with sweat and oil of your face. Not long lasting at all.

Non allergic formula
I have allergic conjunctivitis for past almost 4 years. So I was not using any eyeliners for daily use for almost 4 years. But now I'm using this eyeliner for almost 2 months on daily basis and I don't have any symptoms. I think it has non allergic formula
